Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in the Cerebelus Affiliate Program ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers through unique affiliate links.

Anyone may apply to join the Program. All applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Providing false or misleading information in your application will result in immediate rejection or termination.

Approved affiliates earn a percentage commission on qualifying purchases made by referred customers. The commission rate and period are configured at the time of approval and may vary between affiliates. Commissions are only earned on successful payments — trials, failed payments, and pending charges do not qualify. Commission periods are limited (default: 3 months from the customer's first payment), after which no further commissions are earned from that customer.

Referrals are tracked via your unique affiliate link (using the ?via= parameter). The attribution is stored for the duration of the configured cookie period (default: 30 days). If a visitor clears their cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be tracked. We are not responsible for lost attributions due to technical limitations.

Commissions accumulate in your affiliate account and are paid out manually upon reaching the minimum payout threshold. Payouts are processed via PayPal or bank transfer as agreed. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending fraud investigation. Payout processing times may vary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension: • Self-referral (using your own affiliate link for personal purchases) • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging • Misleading advertising or false claims about our products • Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking manipulation • Bidding on our brand terms in paid search campaigns • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Upon suspension, all pending (unpaid) commissions are forfeited. This includes commissions that have been earned but not yet paid out. Suspended affiliates may not reapply without prior written approval.

We may modify these Terms, commission rates, cookie duration, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
